In the traditional glassblowing classes at least 2-3 paperweights or 1-2 vessels can be made. Beginners will start out making paperweights and progress from there.
Classes are offered through Illinois Valley Community College (IVCC). Private individual or group classes are also available by appointment only. Individual classes are $50.00 per hour and can be as many hours as desired. Group classes are $50.00 per hour for the first person, plus $30.00 per hour each additional person.
